We carefully select and purchase herring from all over the world, and produce high-quality kazunoko (salted herring roe). We also handle fish roes such as sujiko (salted salmon roe), ikura (salmon caviar), and sukeko (pollock roe).

Our purchase channels encompass most kinds of shrimp imported into Japan, including cultured and wild shrimp from Southeast Asia and Latin America, lobster from Africa and the Middle East, and sashimi (raw consumption) shrimp from the United States and Canada.
