Seafoods Group 1 mainly deals with salmon products. We mainly handle frozen HG (headed and gutted), filets, loins, and frozen harasu (salmon belly) of coho salmon, trout, and Atlantic salmon from South America and Northern Europe. We also process sushi ingredients and sashimi (raw consumption) products, such as salmon slices, in Vietnam and Thailand. In addition, we also handle northern hemisphere frozen fish such as sablefish.
