The tuna that appears on the dining table in Japan can be roughly divided into the so-called aburamono (fatty meat) and akami (lean meat). The former is bluefin tuna and southern bluefin tuna, and the latter is bigeye tuna and yellowfin tuna. We, Seafoods Group 2, mainly deal with bluefin tuna and southern bluefin tuna.
We purchase wild bluefin tuna and farmed bluefin tuna from Spain and import them into Japan fresh or frozen. We import frozen farmed bluefin tuna from Turkey, Malta, Italy, Tunisia, etc. Our frozen farmed southern bluefin tuna is from Australia.
When purchasing the products, our members always go to the site to select the best quality fish. We also observe the freezing process to make sure the products are frozen while fresh. These measures have earned us an excellent reputation with our customers.
